Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on driving sales through effective negotiation, product demonstrations, and strategic territory management. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking within your assigned territory. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for territory growth and customer retention. * Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products and expand professional connections. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or territory management is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, along with experience in conducting product demos. * Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
