Compensation: $70,000 - $140,000 per year Responsibilities: * Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database * Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies * Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection * Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed * Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally * Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor's degree is preferred * Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting * Strong time management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must to uphold customer satisfaction * Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory About Company We are a family-owned and operated dealership that has been in business for over 85 years.
