Job Summary Seeking a Lease Administrator with retail leasing experience: responsible for the full scope of day-to-day property management issues from the tenant side of a portfolio of hundreds of leased locations, including administering legal aspects of the leases, drafting correspondences and ancillary lease documents, handling various operational/maintenance issues with landlords and club staff, new vendor set-up, procuring of insurance certificates, updating property management database, calculation of rental increases and critical dates and review of invoices to ensure compliance with contractual obligations under the leases.
