What You 'll Be Doing: * Leasing Magic: Help future residents find their perfect home by guiding them through the leasing process, showing apartments, and assisting with lease signings. * Organized and Efficient: Keep the property's files neat, tidy, and in compliance with all necessary guidelines. * Rent Rockstar: Make sure rent is collected on time and help address any tenant questions or concerns with a smile. * Maintenance Hero: Coordinate and follow up on work orders to make sure repairs and requests are handled quickly and effectively. * Customer Service Extraordinaire: Provide top-notch service and ensure every resident feels heard and valued. * Administrative Support: Assist with keeping things running smoothly by managing data entry, reports, and documents. What We 're Looking For: * Previous experience in property management, specifically with tax credit/LIHTC properties. * A knack for attention to detail and staying organized. * Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Amazing customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. * Knowledge of tax credit properties and compliance is a must. * Proficiency with property management software. * Bonus points for bilingual skills (English/Spanish)!
