BM Motor Cars, a luxury pre-owned car dealership in Rahway, NJ is seeking qualified individuals to fill the position of Auto Sales Consultant. We are searching for candidates preferably with previous automotive sales experience, but we will train candidates with other experience as well based on your resume. -FLAT commissions regardless of gross paid on every deal! -Bonus structure for 15-20-25-and 30 car goals, as well as "hat trick" bonuses -5-day work week -Full-service BDC department -Unbeatable pricing strategy on all cars - inventory is priced below competition in 200 miles -All classes of vehicles available - starter and BHPH cars, mid-range, luxury, and exotic inventory -Access to over 20 lenders for all credit situations, prime, subprime, deep subprime -Service facilities Responsibilities include: * Use the CRM to bring customers to the store through phone calls, emails, and text messages * Greet customers and assist them with their purchase - building rapport, test drives, credit applications, collecting information, presentation of pricing, and vehicle preparation * Assess buying power of each customer to determine next steps while providing world-class service * Overcome objections and close sales with the assistance of the management team Submit your resume on Indeed and expect a phone call to schedule an interview (Mon-Fri 10am to 4pm)!
