Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to engage potential customers and introduce our products/services. * Qualify leads and gather information to connect customers with appropriate solutions. * Effectively handle objections and maintain customer interest. * Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and responses. * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and targets. Qualifications: * Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. * Strong ability to build rapport and connect with customers quickly. * Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to meet sales objectives. * Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus, but not required. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
