Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team! We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Leasing Agent at Greenbrook at Shelby Farms, a 1,000+ unit beautiful residential apartment community located in east Memphis. Job

Responsibilities

include, but not limited to the following :

• Handling new lease process from start to finish, including meeting and greeting prospects, follow-up, application processing, through closing and signing lease
• Preparation of lease and move in paperwork
• Completion of weekly traffic reports
• Taking resident service requests
• All aspects of customer service/resident retention Job

Requirements

:

• Minimum 2 years Residential leasing experience required
• Experience in Yardi a plus
• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel We offer a very competitive salary, and excellent commission & benefits package! Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week
