Job Title: Furniture Sales Associate Location: 1422 Boone Hill Road, Summerville SC 29483 Job Type: Full-TIme / Part-TIme Compensation: 5% Commission on sales, or $10 per hour, whichever is higher Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions for their homes. If you're bilingual, that's a big plus! Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in-store, online, and over the phone with product inquiries and purchases * Navigate and search the company website and other vendor sites to locate product information and availability * Communicate professionally through social media messaging, phone calls, and email * Maintain knowledge of current furniture trends, product lines, and promotions * Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and displays are up-to-date * Process sales transactions and follow up with customers as needed Qualifications: * Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (furniture sales a bonus) * Bilingual in Spanish is a strong advantage * Proficient with computer software and online browsing * Comfortable using social media platforms for communication and engagement * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Benefits: * Paid training for first 30 days ($15 per hour) * Employee discount. * Performance incentives.
