Compensation

: 5% Commission on sales, or $10 per hour, whichever is higher

Job Description

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions for their homes. If you're bilingual, that's a big plus!

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in-store, online, and over the phone with product inquiries and purchases
• Navigate and search the company website and other vendor sites to locate product information and availability
• Communicate professionally through social media messaging, phone calls, and email
• Maintain knowledge of current furniture trends, product lines, and promotions
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and displays are up-to-date
• Process sales transactions and follow up with customers as needed

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (furniture sales a bonus)
• Bilingual in Spanish is a strong advantage
• Proficient with computer software and online browsing
• Comfortable using social media platforms for communication and engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
