We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth and close deals in a commission- based role. Why Join Us? Uncapped earning potential ($60K-$300K+) Supportive training and a growth-driven team Help homeowners achieve their home improvement goals Responsibilities * Be available 5 days a week to receive company leads. * Report to the office after every meeting and follow up with clients. * Guide clients through the sales process from consultation to closing. * Conduct consultations and present custom home improvement solutions. * Attend sales meetings and stay updated on company trends and sales strategies. * Maintain engagement with clients from sale to project completion. What We Look For * Sales experience (B2C, commission-based preferred). * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Knowledge of home remodeling/construction (preferred). * Self-motivated and goal-driven. * Read, write and Basic computer skills. Compensation & Work Schedule * 1099 Contractor | Commission-Only ($2K-$60K per sale) * Expectation: Close 3 -6 deals per month * Work 5 -6 days/week on a flexible schedule * Must have a car and a valid driver 's license Ready to grow your career?
