We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth and close deals in a commission- based role. Why Join Us? Responsibilities

• Be available 5 days a week to receive company leads.
• Report to the office after every meeting and follow up with clients.
• Guide clients through the sales process from consultation to closing.
• Conduct consultations and present custom home improvement solutions.
• Attend sales meetings and stay updated on company trends and sales strategies.
• Maintain engagement with clients from sale to project completion. What We Look For
• Sales experience (B2C, commission-based preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of home remodeling/construction (preferred).
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Read, write and Basic computer skills.

Compensation

& Work Schedule

• 1099 Contractor | Commission-Only ($2K-$60K per sale)
• Expectation: Close 3 -6 deals per month
• Work 5 -6 days/week on a flexible schedule
