Job Summary: We are seeking a self motivated technical sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Security Systems and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients. Responsibilities: * Cold Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided lead list. * Customer interaction: Greet customers, engage in conversation, understand their needs, and guide them towards suitable products. * Sales: Promote current sales and promotions, upsell products, and suggest additional items to customers. * Product Knowledge: Updates sales and business job knowledge by participating in educational and self-development improvement opportunities; reading sales and marketing publications; maintaining professional connections and networks; participating or being a member of sales and marketing networks(training included). * Customer service:Address customer concerns, handle complaints professionally, and strive to resolve issues quickly. * Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
