About Us

TB Express Auto LLC is a new and exciting used car dealership launching in Southwest Oklahoma City. We're looking for a Sales Manager to build, train, and lead our sales team from the ground up. This is your chance to help shape the culture and success of a brand-new dealership!

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and oversee daily sales floor operations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new Sales Associates.
• Set and track sales goals and individual performance metrics.
• Manage CRM and lead tracking tools to ensure proper follow-up.
• Coordinate with the Finance Manager to structure deals.
• Monitor inventory and work with the buyer to ensure optimal selection.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in auto sales, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Familiar with CRM systems and dealership processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Why Join Us?
