About Us TB Express Auto LLC is a new and exciting used car dealership launching in Southwest Oklahoma City. We're looking for a Sales Manager to build, train, and lead our sales team from the ground up. This is your chance to help shape the culture and success of a brand-new dealership! Responsibilities * Lead the sales team and oversee daily sales floor operations. * Recruit, train, and mentor new Sales Associates. * Set and track sales goals and individual performance metrics. * Manage CRM and lead tracking tools to ensure proper follow-up. * Coordinate with the Finance Manager to structure deals. * Monitor inventory and work with the buyer to ensure optimal selection. * Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated issues. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in auto sales, preferably in a leadership role. * Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. * Familiar with CRM systems and dealership processes. * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
