Job Title: 1099 Property Management Coordinator Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: Remote and/or On-Site (depending on property locations) About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. The coordinator will act as a liaison between guests, vendors, and management, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to property management tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the first point of contact for guests regarding maintenance requests, lease inquiries, and property concerns. * Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and property maintenance. * Assist in preparing leases, lease renewals, addenda, and other related documents. * Track and schedule property maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance and upkeep. * Maintain accurate property records, including rent payments, maintenance logs, and lease agreements. * Assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and deposit management. Qualifications: * Previous , real estate, or a related field preferred. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Familiarity with property management software (ie. Track) is a huge plus. * Reliable transportation if on-site visits are required. * Must have access to a computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection. * Valid driver's license (if fieldwork is required). Contract Details: * 1099 Independent Contractor status. * Flexible schedule based on assignment volume. * Compensation: Hourly rate, per-project, or monthly stipend depending on contract terms.
