Job Title: 1099 Property Management Coordinator Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: Remote and/or On-Site (depending on property locations)

About the Role

: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. The coordinator will act as a liaison between guests, vendors, and management, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to property management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests regarding maintenance requests, lease inquiries, and property concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and property maintenance.
• Assist in preparing leases, lease renewals, addenda, and other related documents.
• Track and schedule property maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance and upkeep.
• Maintain accurate property records, including rent payments, maintenance logs, and lease agreements.
• Assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and deposit management.

Qualifications

:

• Previous , real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with property management software (ie. Track) is a huge plus.
• Reliable transportation if on-site visits are required.
• Must have access to a computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
• Valid driver's license (if fieldwork is required). Contract Details:
• 1099 Independent Contractor status.
• Flexible schedule based on assignment volume.

Compensation

: Hourly rate, per-project, or monthly stipend depending on contract terms. Job Type: Contract Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Schedule:
