Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and develop strategies for outreach. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not essential. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. * Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills. * A background in customer service is advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. * Basic IT skills are required for managing sales tools and reporting systems. * A proactive approach with a drive to achieve targets and contribute positively to the team environment.
