Job Summary The Mass Save Energy Assessor plays a crucial role in promoting energy efficiency and sustainability within the community. This position involves conducting energy assessments for residential and commercial properties, identifying opportunities for energy savings, and providing clients with tailored recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for helping customers reduce their energy consumption. Duties * Conduct comprehensive energy assessments to evaluate energy usage and identify potential savings. * Provide clients with detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for energy-efficient upgrades. * Utilize software tools to analyze data and generate reports that support energy-saving initiatives. * Engage in outside sales activities to promote energy efficiency programs and services. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to facilitate the implementation of recommended solutions. * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing ongoing support throughout the assessment process. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization. Skills * Proven experience in sales, particularly in technical or energy-related fields. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and foster long-term client relationships. * Technical sales experience is highly desirable, especially in the energy efficiency sector. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within a collaborative environment. * Experience in solar sales is advantageous, as it aligns with the organization's commitment to renewable energy solutions.
