Duties

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively upsell and cross-sell items.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and retail math calculations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.
• Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
