Senior Automotive Sales Representative Autosphere - Buford, GA Full-Time | Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission | Growth Opportunity Autosphere, a high-performing independent auto dealership located in Buford, GA , is looking for a seasoned, driven, and customer-obsessed Senior Sales Representative to join our team. If you have 2+ years of automotive sales experience and a proven ability to close deals, this is your chance to level up with a company that's growing fast and doing things differently. What You 'll Do:

• Manage and convert inbound leads from online marketplaces, CRM, and walk-ins
• Guide customers through the full buying journey--from test drive to financing and delivery
• Maintain follow-up communication with potential and previous buyers
• Collaborate with our BDC and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion
• Stay up to date with vehicle inventory and promotions
• Help mentor junior team members as a sales leader What We 're Looking For:
• 2+ years of proven auto sales success
• Strong closer with confidence, tact, and professionalism
• Familiarity with CRMs (DriveCentric experience is a plus)
• Ability to work Saturdays and follow a full-time, in-person schedule
