Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Hygia brand, leading the team to achieve sales targets.
• Expand and maintain nationwide client relationships, establishing stable business partnerships.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and formulate targeted sales plans.
• Organize and participate in business negotiations, driving cooperation and increasing market share.
• Manage and train the sales team, enhancing their business capabilities and execution efficiency.
• Travel frequently based on business needs to explore and expand market opportunities.

Requirements

:

• Bachelor 's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of sales experience , with 3+ years in a sales management role; or related industries is preferred.
• Strong market development skills with an established network of clients and sales channels preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills , with proven team management experience and the ability to motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Ability to travel frequently , with strong stress resistance and execution skills.
• Results-driven mindset , with a spirit of innovation and a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of scientific principles and their application in product promotion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
