Responsibilities : * Develop and execute sales strategies for the Hygia brand, leading the team to achieve sales targets. * Expand and maintain nationwide client relationships, establishing stable business partnerships. * Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and formulate targeted sales plans. * Organize and participate in business negotiations, driving cooperation and increasing market share. * Manage and train the sales team, enhancing their business capabilities and execution efficiency. * Travel frequently based on business needs to explore and expand market opportunities. Requirements : * Bachelor 's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * At least 3 years of sales experience , with 3+ years in a sales management role; or related industries is preferred. * Strong market development skills with an established network of clients and sales channels preferred. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills , with proven team management experience and the ability to motivate teams to achieve goals. * Ability to travel frequently , with strong stress resistance and execution skills. * Results-driven mindset , with a spirit of innovation and a strong sense of responsibility. Qualifications: * Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role. * Strong understanding of scientific principles and their application in product promotion. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making. * Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
