What We Are Seeking For this full-time Commercial Lines Assistant Account Executive role, we are seeking an insurance professional who has at least two years of Commercial Lines experience in a customer service role and is familiar with AMS360 management system. The ideal candidate will have strong communication & technology skills, and enjoy working as a team & providing excellent customer service. Any interested candidate must have their own computer set-up and dedicated workspace conducive for working without interruption from home. Job Responsibilities * Ensure precise and prompt processing of endorsements and policy changes. * Process new policies and renewals efficiently and accurately. * Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from team members, external customers, and business partners. * Support departmental projects and actively engage in additional development opportunities. * Prepare and submit applications and proposals accurately and in a timely manner. * Review insurance policies to ensure accuracy and appropriate coverage. * Utilize AMS360 agency management system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information.
