If you are looking for a company where you can see your impact makes a difference in the company, this may be the place for you. * What We are Looking For: We are seeking a Traveling Leasing Consultant to assist with leasing operations at properties within our portfolio across Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, andNebraska. In this role, you'll work closely with leasing teams to drive occupancy and streamline operations. * Pay* : $25 per hour, with a significant portion of compensation earned through commissions. * Here are some things that will make you successful: * Proven working experience as a leasing consultant * Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations * Proven track record of successful sales * Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills * Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques * Customer-focused approach * Bilingual in English/Spanish * Willingness to travel What you will be doing: As a Traveling Leasing Consultant, your primary goal is to equip potential residents at our various properties with the information they need to make informed decisions. This role is vital for maintaining occupancy in our units and fostering a positive leasing experience. * Core responsibilities include: * Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner * Assist Community Manager in discovering suitable tenants * Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques * Provide accurate information on the different features of the property * Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements * Keep abreast of the property market status * Ensure proper maintenance and inspect the property periodically Where you will work: This position will require you to be on-site at various properties throughout Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Nebraska. * Compensation Structure: * Hourly Rate: $25 per hour ($52,000) annually * New Lease Commission: $200 per new lease signed * Renewal Commission: $25 per lease renewal Total Estimated Commissions: $18,000-$38,000 annually * Total Estimated Compensation: $* 70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on performance, hours worked, and number of new leases/renewals) * Travel Reimbursements Provided* : Associated travel expenses are covered * Why work for Bender Companies: * 90% employer-paid coverage for Medical Insurance * 75% employer-paid coverage for Dental and Vision Insurance * 401K with company match * 11 Paid Holidays * 2 weeks of annual PTO * 16 hours of personal time * Exciting company growth and potential for career advancement * Supportive Team * Mission focused on providing quality workforce housing * Background checks will be performed on all qualified applicants.
