Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing territory sales, fostering customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales and account management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while identifying new market opportunities. Duties * Develop and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on progress. * Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. * Meet or exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic selling. Requirements * Proven experience in territory sales or inside sales is preferred. * Strong understanding of retail sales principles and account management practices. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in sales situations.
