Position Summary: The Benefits Advisor plays a key role in guiding individuals through their health insurance options. This position involves speaking with potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping them find the coverage that fits their situation. No prior experience in insurance is necessary -- we provide full training and ongoing support. Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to connect with individuals to learn about their health insurance needs in a professional, friendly manner. * Provide guidance and support as clients explore their coverage options. * Build strong rapport and maintain ongoing client relationships. * Keep accurate records of conversations and follow-ups using our CRM. * Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications: * No prior experience required; training provided for the right candidate. * Background in customer service, sales, or other people-facing roles is a plus. * Excellent verbal communication skills and a caring, confident presence. * Comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn and grow within the health insurance space. * Experience with CRM software or a quick learner with digital tools.
