Position Summary Leading a pivotal function positioned between Product Development and Sales teams to drive to-market strategy for TUETG (Tables, Utilities, ETGs) products as well as providing critical sales and customer support. Manages active portfolio in the field for optimization on both performance and profitability and drives product swim lane updates to ensure product supply matches current market demands. Essential Job Functions: * Manage to-market execution for all new TUETG products for Operations and Sales product lines as well as new TUETG hardware integration into the marketplace * Develop sales support communication channels for training materials and strategic direction for game placements and configurations * Oversee order fulfillment chain for accuracy and guarantee customer expectations are met * Executes portfolio optimization program to track performance of all slot products in the field and facilitate new or replacement product recommendations * Manage all sales support actions for assigned territories. Execute growth and optimization action plans collectively with Account Executives * Act as primary liaison between sales team and product development team to maintain communication and feedback loop regarding product roadmap, launch status, and on-going performance * Assess opportunities, potential issues and/or risks related to gaming operations product deployments - provide internal solution to challenges * Build productive collaboration and communication * Understand regional market dynamics and competitive products Qualifications Required Experience/Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in the Gaming Industry * Prior sales, data analytic, or product management experience a must Education: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Experience: * Finance, Sales, Consumer products brand management experience a plus Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: * Data and reporting interpretation experience * MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), Tableau or equivalent data visualization tool, Salesforce or other CRM tool * MS Access, SQL, or other coding experience is a plus * Personable with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams is required * Self-directed with proven the ability to think independently and develop innovative solutions * Possess excellent organizational, analytical, strategic, and presentation skills Physical Requirements: Office environment Work Conditions: May require weekend and evening hours with some travel The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
