We are seeking dedicated sales professionals who are passionate about helping clients enjoy the best retail shopping experience possible. King Carpet and Flooring seeks retail sales pros that enjoy working with a diverse client roster, are eager to build their book of business and have a keen attention to detail. Sales or retail experience preferred but not required. This sales associate role will require Saturday availability. King Carpet and Flooring is a 40 year neighborhood retail institution that prides itself on a commitment to excellence and family values. $40,000-$80,000 per year KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• No flooring experience necessary
• Some sales experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with email and basic web browsing
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate in a fast-paced team sales environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Punctual
• Dedicated to building your own business of repeat and referral customers. Build your book!
• Motivated to follow up on sales leads
• Ability to learn from your mistakes
• Adaptable to assist customers of all personality types
• Keep up with industry and product changes
• Self-motivated to hustle in retail RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist customers in the carpet selection process
• Facilitate the sale from the quoting process through delivery and post-sale follow-up
• Advocate for your customer's best interests
• Respond to emails and voicemails promptly with attention to detail and an excellent customer experience
• Attend manufacturer training sessions as scheduled Job Types: Full-time, hourly Work Remotely
• No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
