Summary This is an entry level position within the Premier Accounts department and a key role in helping coordinate leak service calls. The coordinator will facilitate work between Premier Account customers and all BRC service departments.

Requirements

• Acknowledge and dispatch incoming work orders, including during busy season with Account Managers
• Updates customer portals and customers with ETA's
• Assist with Account Manager coverage
• Salesforce work order management
• Salesforce case management
• Send quote requests to Account Manager (over NTE amount)
• Send out daily or weekly progress reports (out of software TBD)
• Follow up on leak calls and call backs with customers
• Maintain organization and update Account Manager internal trackers
• Other tasks as assigned
