Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to effectively connect with customers and meet their needs. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling to generate leads and establish relationships with prospective clients. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. * Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers, ensuring they understand how our software can meet their needs. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth. Experience * Proven experience in business development or inside sales, preferably within the technology sector. * Strong outbound calling skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and provide outstanding customer service. * Familiarity with software solutions and an understanding of how they can benefit businesses is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
