[please apply online] Group Details Tradeweb is looking to add a self-motivated junior salesperson to their Buyside Sales team to help expand business across multiple fixed income products with our institutional client base. A successful candidate will possess the right blend of experience, desire to learn, and personality to drive the growth of the Institutional business. Job Responsibilities * Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional fixed income clients by developing strong relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and expanding market share. * Lead client engagements by providing strategic sales support, market insights, and proactive outreach to deepen client relationships and drive platform adoption. * Own the sales process for prospecting and acquiring new buy-side customers, from initial engagement to onboarding and ongoing account management. * Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams (product, technology, and operations) to drive enhancements, ensure seamless execution, and align business objectives. * Develop and deliver impactful presentations and sales materials to effectively communicate Tradeweb's value proposition and competitive advantages. * Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, anticipate client needs, and inform Tradeweb's product strategy. * Train and educate clients on platform capabilities, execution strategies, and best practices to maximize adoption and trading efficiency. * Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients by collaborating with internal teams to facilitate the setup process, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the user experience. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree completed or relative work experience required * 10+ years' Experience within Rates or Credit product or operations at a Buyside or Sell side institution a plus * Strong presentation and demo skills, with excellent written and verbal communication * The ideal candidate would have some familiarity with using Tradeweb, or other similar electronic trading platforms * Detail oriented, results driven, and have a strong client focus * Completed or ability to complete Series 7 and 63 within first 3 months of employment Additional Information Tradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
