Job Summary

: As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at PTM Solar, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to promote solar energy solutions. You will engage directly with customers, and educate them about the benefits of solar energy.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and target potential customers.
• Provide comprehensive information on solar energy solutions, including product benefits, savings, and financing options.
• Build rapport with customers, address their questions and concerns, and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including contract signing, scheduling installations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth transition.
• Adhere to company policies and local regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions.

Qualifications

:

• Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required. Experience in solar energy sales is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and convey complex information clearly.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets.
• Comfortable working in diverse neighborhoods and adapting sales strategies to different customer needs.
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems and technology is desirable; willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments.
