Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing operations, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants. This position requires strong administrative skills, a customer- focused mindset, and the ability to navigate the complexities of property management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
• Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property availability and market trends to effectively assist clients.
• Handle inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of lease agreements and other legal documents related to property leasing.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant information and lease agreements through data entry into the company's management system (CMMS).
• Address tenant concerns and conflicts promptly, fostering positive relationships within the community. Skills / Experience /

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for managing documentation effectively.
• Experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal administrative tasks associated with leasing agreements and tenant relations.
• Proficiency in data entry and record keeping, ensuring accuracy in all tenant files.
• Knowledge of laws governing rental properties, including LIHTC regulations, is advantageous.
• Excellent conflict management skills to resolve tenant issues amicably and efficiently.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Bilingual English / Spanish
• Florida Licensed Realtor - a major plus
