Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist prospective residents in finding the perfect apartment
• Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries
• Process applications and leasing documents with accuracy
• Maintain strong relationships with current residents
• Ensure apartment homes and common areas are presented at their best
• Update listings and manage administrative leasing tasks What We 're Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus--but not required
• A reliable, positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
