We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Experienced Pre-Owned Sales Associate. Job Description: As an Experienced Pre-Owned Sales Associate, you will leverage your knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service to our customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience. Responsibilities: * Utilize your sales expertise to understand and meet the automotive needs of customers. * Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicles, features, and specifications. * Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers to achieve successful sales transactions. * Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. * Provide expert guidance on financing options, warranties, and additional services. * Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive or related sales. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset. * Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
