The company is pr*oviding the leading-edge packaging films and machinery. * Position: General Administrator/Sales Assistant Hiring: Full time, 8:30am-5:30pm Location:*Elk Grove Village, IL Saray:*$24.00-26.00/hour + Bonus Work style: Hybrid Duties and Responsibilities * Process recurring product orders. * Generate Sales documents as PO and Invoice. * Coordinate domestic shipments. * Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them. * Assist purchasing. * Assist ordering * Assist artwork support * Creating documents related to QA * Support Managers as needed with tasks including but not limited to accounting transactions. * Organize and maintain the accounting filing system. * Support manager for recruiting * Support manager for reviewing a resume * Other duties as required. The General Administrator may be asked to take on other projects, assignments, and/or tasks in accordance with business demands and at the discretion of the company's Management. Requirements: * Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree * 2 years or more of combined experience performing Administration Tasks. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to consistently complete tasks in a timely manner. * Language: Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. * Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint * To apply, please send resume to* [please apply online]
