Qualifications

for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License is highly preferred, if not licensed, must be able to within 30 days of offer date
• Must have at least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience
• Must be coachable
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Works well in a fast paced environment
• Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
