Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in CNC machining or metal fabrication
• Solid knowledge of metals manufacturing processes
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and task prioritization
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, assertive, and professional in demeanor
• Team player with a competitive mindset
• Must have reliable transportation Your

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers via calls, in-person visits, and trade show attendance (includes some overnight travel)
• Conduct consultative sales meetings with Buyers, Engineers, and Designers
• Track sales activity and maintain performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring in projects and foster a sense of ownership
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal manufacturing/quality teams
