Job Title: Leasing Manager Location: Natchitoches, LA Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Property: 48-Unit Residential Complex We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 48-unit residential complex in Natchitoches, LA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to the tenants. Responsibilities * Provides information about a particular property and the community for a prospective client. * Obtains client signatures on leasing agreements that are acceptable to the owner of the property. * Greets visitors to properties and answers their questions. * Keeps up with all paperwork such as applications, agreements, credit and employment checks, and move-in packages. * Collects any money that is due upfront from an approved tenant. * Coordinate move-ins and move-outs efficiently. * Oversee rent collection and enforce lease terms. * Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests. * Maintain accurate resident files and property records. * Collaborate with maintenance staff and vendors as needed. Experience * Proven experience in property management or a related field is required. * Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements and property management. * Knowledge of facilities management principles is a plus. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective data entry and record keeping. * Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse groups of people. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
