Pearson Toyota is seeking a hard working, highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. RESPONSIBILITIES: A genuine passion for sales and a relentless drive to exceed expectations and achieve outstanding results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources. Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner. Invest time in continuous product knowledge training Greet customers upon arrival to the lot and guide prospects through the sales process Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. Assist customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory sheets. Enhance the customer experience and advance sales process by demonstrating the vehicle features on the lot.
