Responsibilities: * Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets and objectives. * Prospect and Build Relationships: Aggressively identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders. * Lead Qualification and Conversion: Manage and qualify incoming leads, converting interested prospects into long-term clients. * Portfolio Development: Build a robust portfolio through personal networking, prospecting, and collaboration with the marketing team to target specific users and use cases. * Event Planning and Facilitation: Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and promotional events to engage current and prospective students. * Digital Marketing and Engagement: Utilize social media platforms (WeChat, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and other digital tools to generate leads, communicate with clients, and enhance the company's online presence. * Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adjust strategies and offerings effectively. * Client Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining strong communication and delivering exceptional service. Requirements: * Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. * Access to student networks or experience working with students. * Motivated to grow in a dynamic work environment. * Recent graduates or current students are welcome to apply. Work Environment: * Initially remote, transitioning to in-office work once offices are established.
