Full description of the position

Are you a proven leader in sales team management eager to represent cutting- edge IT products? Sparco is looking for a passionate Sales Leader to inspire and elevate our sales team to the next level. As our Sales Leader , you will mentor, inspire, and coach your team to achieve excellent service and ambitious sales goals. We're looking for someone who manages and motivates--someone with the passion to foster a positive, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Create a motivating environment and maintain a clear sales pipeline.
  • Coach the team to grow pipelines and close deals.
  • Set quotas and performance expectations, while managing compensation and development plans.
  • Implement systems to boost performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the IT Solutions Teams to align goals and meet deadlines.
  • Use data to analyze key metrics (win rates, deal size, sales cycle length) and report to leadership.
  • Design strategic business plans to achieve growth, meet sales targets, and expand customer base.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging IT markets and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies.
  • Liaise with Marketing & Business Development for brand consistency and increased sales.
Requirements

  • Leadership with a deep knowledge of Sparco 's solutions and client assessment abilities.
  • Proven business acumen, including managing budgets and evaluating technology.
  • Proficiency in strategic models such SWOT and SMART Goals.
  • Positive approach to clients and team members.
  • Analyzes client behavior and market trends to coach the team for optimal performance.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior.
  • Experience in the IT or technology field.
