1-800 Radiator & A/C (a Driven Brands company) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The right candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of Sales experience, automotive aftermarket sales preferred. This professional is self-driven, highly effective, and results oriented. This is a key position within a growing and dynamic business enterprise, providing extensive development and promotional opportunities! This position is based out of Raleigh, NC. As one of the largest independent auto parts distributors in the nation, 1-800-RADIATOR & A/C sells more than 1,000,000 radiators every year with more than 200 locations. 1-800-RADIATOR & A/C has the largest inventory of radiators, condensers, air conditioning parts, fan assemblies, direct fit exhaust and related parts in the nation. Driven Brands is the world's leading automotive aftermarket franchise company. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company's growing portfolio of brands includes Meineke Car Care Centers and MAACO Collision Repair and Auto Painting, 1-800 Radiator, and CARSTAR. Ideal Candidate:

• Prior sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and results oriented
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

:

• Call on customers within the territory - average 25 customer visits per day
• Generate revenue in accordance to sales plan
• Promote our brand and visibility
• Communicate important customer relationship issues to the Operations Manager
• Establish long term relationships with the customers
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention Experience & Skills:Job Type: Full-time
• Multi-lingual is a plus
• Business training and/or education a plus Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 /year
