Zippy Shell Moving & Storage is looking for energetic, customer-focused Call Center Sales Agents who are passionate about helping people during one of life's most stressful events--moving! In this role, you'll build relationships with customers, understand their unique needs, and offer the best moving and storage solutions to ensure a seamless experience. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with people, and are motivated by both personal and team success. With a strong commission structure on top of hourly pay, this role offers excellent earning potential and career growth opportunities. This is an HOURLY pay position with UNCAPPED Commission. An average Sales Rep will make an additional $2000 plus / month based on performance. A high performing Sales Rep has the potential to make more. What You'll Do: * Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with their moving and storage needs. * Use a consultative sales approach to recommend the best solutions. * Achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics. * Send agreements, process orders, and assist customers with scheduling. * Work closely with dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth operations. * Troubleshoot customer service concerns and escalate issues when necessary. * Track progress and follow up with customers using CRM software. * Identify trends in customer inquiries and communicate insights to the management team. * Upsell additional services when applicable to enhance the customer experience. What We 're Looking For: * A positive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for customer service and sales. * Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people over the phone. * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced call center environment. * Self-motivated individuals who take initiative and work well in a team setting. * Willingness to participate in a pre-employment background check. Compensation: * $18- $20 per hour plus commission.
