Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CORPORATE Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. Hotel Corporate experience needed. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing outside sales teams, developing effective marketing strategies, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of market analysis to enhance our brand presence and achieve sales targets. Minimum 10 years experience in this postion. Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. * Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals. * Oversee outside sales efforts, ensuring effective account management and customer relationship building. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development. * Negotiate contracts with clients and partners to secure profitable agreements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives. * Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and marketing initiatives. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales and marketing departments. Requirements * Proven experience in a leadership role within sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry. * Strong background in outside sales management, business development, and account management. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions. * Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while motivating staff towards achieving common goals. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking performance metrics.
