Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding eligbility, coverages, claim submission, and billing clarification * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day * Adaptations of skills necessary to operate a business * In-Office Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm QUALIFICATIONS: * Communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred. * Must successfully pass a background check * Must obtain Colorado Insurance License for Property, Casualty, Life and HealthState Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company
