As a Sales Specialist , you'll be at the heart of welcoming new members into our thriving community, showcasing our offerings, and ensuring that every interaction is positive and rewarding. What You'll Do: * Exceed sales goals by building relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals. * Conduct engaging tours of the facility, sharing the benefits of membership and our unique culture. * Nurture strong connections with current members, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued. * Be a brand ambassador, representing 88 Tactical at networking events and trade shows. * Manage leads using HighRise (CRM software) and utilize Bizzflo (POS system) for account management. * Assist operations staff with class registrations, safety waivers, and member check-ins.
