What You'll Do

:

• Exceed sales goals by building relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct engaging tours of the facility, sharing the benefits of membership and our unique culture.
• Nurture strong connections with current members, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
• Be a brand ambassador, representing 88 Tactical at networking events and trade shows.
• Manage leads using HighRise (CRM software) and utilize Bizzflo (POS system) for account management.
• Assist operations staff with class registrations, safety waivers, and member check-ins. What We 're Looking For:
• A proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
