Key Responsibilities: * Develop an understanding of the staffing industry, our services, and the needs of clients in various industries. * Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social media. * Build relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify staffing needs. * Present staffing solutions and explain how our services can address client challenges. * Partner with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. * Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team targets. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and local job market conditions.
