Rolls Auto Sales, a thriving and independently owned car dealership in Philadelphia, is seeking energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant. If you have strong financial motivation plus energy and passion for cars, we want to hear from you! We've got plenty of leads and a huge multi brand inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles to help you succeed! Job Responsibilities: * Maintain high level of energy and financial motivation- we will make it happen! * Generate and manage leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of buyers. * Engage with customers and their needs to guide through the vehicle purchasing process. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers. * Follow up with leads and past customers * Social media presence is a plus (Facebook, Instagram) Requirements: * Experience in car sales and/or customer service is a plus. * Strong motivation based on personal financial goals is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact well with people is a plus. * Effective team work skills is a plus. * Spanish is a plus!
