JLS CAREER OPPORTUNITY - Fine Gardening, Landscape Enhancement Sales & Management For over 35 years, John's Landscape Service, Inc. has enhanced the beauty and value of residential, commercial, and institutional properties in and around Greater Boston with our landscape design, installation, and maintenance services. The position will focus on the growth and success of our fine gardening expansion. In this position, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle and management of high-end landscape accounts focused on fine gardening, from initial consultations to project completion and beyond. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs for their outdoor space, develop creative and customized proposals, and manage all aspects of these key accounts to form long-term relationships. Responsibilities: * Execute sales cycle from inbound leads / existing accounts and generate leads through phone calls, emails, networking and contacts. * Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their needs, wants, and budget while providing guidance through a professional, consulatative approach. * Develop detailed landscape, gardening and enhancement proposals that incorporate fine gardening and unique enhancements. * Present proposals to clients in a professional and persuasive manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and preform frequent follow ups for pending proposals. * Secure project / recurring contracts and negotiate pricing. * Work in correlation with project managers and gardeners on sold enhancements and key accounts to achieve maximum product quality. * Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication and follow-up. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. * Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in fine gardening and landscape design. * Assist with Snow & Ice operations during Winter months. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape sales / management. * Valid Driver's License required * Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong understanding of landscape / gardening principles and practices. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Time management and organizational skills. * Passion for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.
