University Ford of Durham is looking for self-motivated salespeople to join its elite team. We prefer previous automotive sales experience; however, we will consider candidates with a track record of sales, customer service, or business success. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: * Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options * Land the customer on the best vehicle for their needs and budget * Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry-leading features * Present price quotes and explain financing options * Follow up with prospective business and sales leads through phone calls, text, and email * Commit to becoming a sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology * Deliver excellent service to internet customers with prompt responses and setting appointments for in-person visits * Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate a pipeline of referrals/repeat business * Bilingual is a plus!
