Terrenos Houston specializes in providing affordable land ownership opportunities in the Houston area. We're rapidly expanding and looking for passionate, driven sales professionals to help families realize their dreams of land ownership. Ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, be organized with follow ups, must be bilingual and self motivated. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person property tours and present available land to potential buyers * Build rapport with clients and guide them through the land purchasing process * Educate customers on financing options, land development, and zoning regulations * Generate and follow up on leads provided by marketing or self-sourced * Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Attend company events and promotional outings to generate interest Requirements: * Experience in sales , preferably in real estate, land, or high-ticket items * Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer: * High commission rates with weekly payouts * Extensive training and mentorship from industry professionals * Warm leads from targeted marketing campaigns * Tools and resources to succeed, including CRM access * A supportive, mission-driven team focused on community empowerment.
