Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical services to healthcare professionals and institutions. The ideal candidate must be bilingual will possess strong sales skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients, community agencies, licensed professionals and ensuring their needs are met with our innovative service solutions.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Conduct outside sales activities to promote our medical products and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to secure sales.
• Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management using CRM software.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical, beh health or healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and customer feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications.
• Effective negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
• Experience in outside sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
