Looking for a bi-lingual portfolio LICENSED COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER (Property Manager) to undertake the full management of condominium and homeowner associations in Miami-Dade. An ideal candidate must have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being a perceptive and disciplined individual. The property manager is accountable to protect, maintain and enhance the value of the commercial/residential community association to maximize the communities and for the benefit of the owners, board members, and the association. This is accomplished by the direction and coordination of the association's operational activities. This position represents the association. These are some of the essential functions: * Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude about the company with coworkers, tenants, clients, and the public whether contact is by mail, telephone, or in person. Constantly strive for improvements in the work process and results to better meet clients' expectations. * On assigned properties, act as the association's primary coordinator to assure that the association's efforts fully meet and exceed contractual property management obligations. Direct, supervise and assure that the day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, landscaping, and other community associations operations are performed to standard. * Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements and prepare association budget for the upcoming year. * Determine urgent matters and respond to all inquiries and/or requests promptly. * Bid work for necessary work/projects for association improvement. Keep accurate records for said projects. * Communicate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy of accounts receivables and payables. * Creates and posts notices, Board meeting notices, agendas and committee meeting notices, board meeting minutes, newsletters, etc. * Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies that are outside the scope of routine maintenance. * Respond to all legal correspondence/matters in a timely fashion. May include attending legal meetings such as mediation, depositions, etc. * Handle board member(s) and homeowner(s) request. * Attend Board meetings at night or weekend. Skills: * Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects * In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management * Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software * Customer focus and bottom-line orientation * Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills * Well organized with excellent time management skills * Must be proactive Requirements: * Must be CAM Licensed in the state of Florida and must have at least 3 years of work experience as a licensed community association manager (LCAM) * Bi-lingual English-Spanish a must (read, write & speak) * Punctual and reliable Salary is based on experience.
